Lyndsay Whitby, CPCC.
Certified ‘CO-ACTIVE’ Life Coach. C.T.I.
‘SOMATIC’ Certified Coach.
Trained in Positive Intelligence coaching methodology.
Certified in June 2018.
As a life coach that focuses on Adverse Childhood Experiences, ACE’s, I help my clients not only go past their mental blockages but we dig deeper in the moment and discover the root cause of the limiting beliefs. With various methods, from CO-ACTIVE, to SOMATICS, to ‘INNER-CHILD’ Healing, we work to heal the root cause of peoples pain points and thereby liberating them from the unknown.
I have found in my coaching that when we are goal oriented ‘only’ many people more often than not will slip back into old ways of ‘being’. It is extremely shifting to bring awareness to our blockages, usually rooted in childhood, by shifting the body's memory by healing blocked energy and beliefs.
With a background in aviation and many leadership roles, I have experienced many people that cannot shift old beliefs, even to their detriment.
Having used these techniques to heal and progress myself, I have sound proof of their effectiveness.
My purpose is to build healthy communities to enable healing and growth for all. I am a member of the TYOCH platform for coaches and trainers and a member of Positive PsychologyLuxembourg.
